It is our goal to provide the best possible support for our customers regarding matters which relate to KLZ products and services. Help Desk Personnel are available via land line, mobile phone, email or other Internet applications (e.g. LogMeIn, Skype, chat programs, etc) when needed to provide assistance with KLZ software products and general network and hardware issues.

We offer before sale, purchase, and after sales technical support to help clients get up and running and stay running.

Technical Support does not include on-site services. If necessary, please contact your sales representative and KLZ will be happy to arrange for a technician to be on-site at your location.
